At Greenroom.io, we anonymize startup profiles until investors are granted access on a case-by-case basis. Our Basic (Free) plan provides marketplace access with anonymized listings and allows investors to request access to investment rounds up to $500k. For participation in rounds up to $2m, the Premium plan ($750/year) enables requests to all rounds up to $2m. Platinum plan members have unrestricted access to all rounds, including those above $2m.
Both Premium and Platinum members receive invitations to our private listings and are prioritized when we manage investment rounds for our startup network, ensuring unparalleled access to top opportunities.

No, there are no hidden fees or charges associated with our plans. We offer transparent pricing to ensure a positive experience for both startups and investors.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you’ll only be charged the prorated difference for the remaining duration of your current subscription. If you downgrade, the changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for our plans. We encourage investors to carefully consider their choice of plan before subscribing, taking into account the benefits and access provided by each option.
While Premium and Platinum plans provide enhanced access to investment opportunities, we cannot guarantee that startups will grant access to their KPIs and contact information. The decision to grant access lies solely with the startups on a case-by-case basis. However, our platform is designed to facilitate connections and encourage collaboration between startups and investors.
